The Marketing Zen Group has a great website where you can pick up lots of great ideas for marketing ideas for small businesses who want to leverage the internet to grab more customers.  Earlier this week, they took a look at ways non-profits can use similar techniques to get the word out about their efforts and the result is 40 Social Media Tips for Nonprofit Organizations.  From setting up Google Alerts to Follow Friday on Twitter,  it is full of great tips every rescue group needs to keep in mind.   Check it out – it’ll be well worth your time.
