Texas Humane Legislation Network, the Humane Society of the United States, and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will hold a workshop on effective lobbying techniques at the State Capitol in Austin. Billed as a “chance to meet with your state legislators and let them know that Texans care about animals” by THLN, animal advocates from across Texas are invited to attend.
