Is there an organization to help me fight city hall and a hateful neighbor? I am in desperate need of help. My neighbor hates dogs for whatever his reasons and is a jerk. I am a single grandmother raising an 8 year old. I have two dogs. Rex is 5 and Lexi is 3. I have never dealt with barking issues until now. I can’t fight city hall on my own. I just don’t know what to do or where to turn. I can’t afford to move and I won’t give up my dogs. The laws on barking are so vague I can’t fight it. Please help.
